2010
The team behind DOS & Co. has its origins working in-house for a single family office in 2010.
2012-18
By 2012, we had incorporated as a separate advisory entity and were proud to be delivering operational support to the family office we started in.
2019
At the end of 2019, we received our regulatory approval to open and operate payment accounts from the Financial Conduct Authority.
2020
We launched our FinTech, dospay, offering high-value payment services for construction, luxury asset and travel transactions.
2021
We co-founded We are PRIME, a social enterprise to help SME's track and demonstrate their ESG commitments and progress empirically.
2022
We acquired Meticulous (SaaS), now doslab, allowing us to provide in-house web app, data pipeline and development services to our clients.
2023
In 2023, we became certified as an official Certified B Corporation, reflecting our commitment to sustainable business and using our work as a force for good.
2024
We launched the Retention Protection Pledge, a group of like-minded businesses who support the reform of construction retentions.
We also partnered with the Bank of London to be able to secure all of our pound sterling escrow and payment account funds at the Bank of England, and launched zero-risk, high-interest deposits.

2025
Building on our previous work on constructions, we launched the UK Retention Deposit Scheme, offering free protection for the supply chain. We also launched the UK Security for Expenses Scheme, providing free party wall Security for Expenses deposits and participated in HM Government's consultation on the future of construction retentions.
